Performed consultation, process mapping, gap analysis, risk analysis, supplier evaluation and recommendation for process over procurement, imaging, deployment and disposal. Project resulted in a cost saving of over half a million dollars per refresh cycle / cost reduction of 30% per device acquired and disposed/end of life.
